Medical Professional Home Loan Program Eligible individual include medical residents, existing or newly licensed Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioner (DNP), Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Dental Science (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), who are currently employed, in residency or fellowship, or newly licensed medical students who will begin their new employment/residency within 60 days of closing.
